As of the 3rd October 2022 we will trial a new appointment system.

We will be changing from booking appointments one month in advance to booking two weeks in advance.

In addition, we will be offering a daily triage system.    This will be a short telephone assessment and if required, a Face to Face appointment will be arranged.

We are hopeful this will allow our appointment system to be more efficient for our patients and will hopefully reduce the number of Fail to Attend appointments. 

Our Receptionist will ask for a brief reason for your call to allow them to signpost to the most appropriate member of the clinical team.

We are encouraging patients to attend face to face, unless you advise that a telephone consultation if preferable.
